In September he announced the arrival of music, but only licensed for 15 seconds . If you wanted to publish a Short with music it could only be a few seconds. Now he has just announced that this limit goes up to 60 seconds .

Creators will now be able to use music for 60 seconds, just like on TikTok and Reels . And if you give users the possibility, they will take advantage of it. And probably the 3 platforms are equipped with content, mainly, based on music.

The differentiation that YouTube had so far is in danger and could lose it if the creators of the other platforms enter. Of course, it is the step that should be taken, because the more content, the better. The more people, the better.

But in our personal case, we believe that it will lose that essence that has been nourishing all those users for months in which music videos and more childish videos have no place.
