A few days ago we were talking about Xiaomi being the first to introduce its own native Dynamic Island on Android. At that time we said that it could be through the future Redmi K60, but maybe it will be sooner. The Xiaomi Civi 2 will have an island to house its front cameras , but will it be dynamic like that of the iPhone 14 Pro?

Xiaomi announced that on September 27 it will launch the Civi 2 in China, successor to the Xiaomi Civi and Civi 1S, two of the most beautiful mobiles in the entire market. Along with the announcement, the company released several images that reveal part of the design and cameras of its next mobile.
We are going to talk about these leaks, but the important thing is in the format that Xiaomi will use to house the front cameras of the Civi 2. They will be two 32 MP cameras and will be inside a screen perforation.
However, the holes will not be visually individual, but will be united in a pill format very similar to that of the iPhone 14 Pro . This has led many users to theorize that Xiaomi could launch its own Dynamic Island alongside the Xiaomi Civi.
Nothing confirms that it will be so, so they are mere assumptions from a curious fact and the desire of the community. In addition, it turns out that the Civi would not be the first Android mobile to use this presentation , they have done so before: Samsung Galaxy S10 +, the Realme 6 Pro and X50 Pro , as well as the Huawei P40 Pro and other devices.
They are all cell phones from previous years and none of them used the pill beyond something merely aesthetic. Xiaomi could do exactly the same, although they may venture.

Now, moving on to the leaks, thanks to Xiaomi itself we already know several of the official features of the Civi 2. Besides, some rumors are added to complement the list of specifications, resulting in a smartphone that will be beautiful and very powerful . This is what we know so far:
- Curved screen on the sides.
- Rear with a wave design and a camera module similar to that of the Redmi K50.
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor with Adreno 662 graphics.
- Triple rear camera, with a 50 MP and f/1.8 Sony IMX766 main sensor .
- Dual front camera 32 MP (main) + 32 MP (ultra wide angle).
- Sony Dolby Atmos and small front LED Flashes in the upper frame of the screen.
In addition, Xiaomi mentioned that the main rear camera of the Civi 2 will allow 101.8% more light to enter compared to the original Civi. In addition, the speed of capturing photos during the day will increase by 144% , while the speed of night photos will increase by 246%. There is still data to be revealed, but the leaks point to a mobile that will be great.

By the way, the Xiaomi Civi series is exclusive to China, but the famous Polish leaker Kacper Skrzypek comments on Twitter that we could see this device in other latitudes. It is not something confirmed, but the Xiaomi Civi 2 could reach the global market under another name a few weeks after launching in China. Of course, this would include Spain. Maybe like a Xiaomi 12T Lite? A Xiaomi 13 Lite? We will know soon.
