Xiaomi launched a “NE” or “New Edition” version of the Xiaomi 11 Lite by modifying certain details. Now the popular Xiaomi 12 Lite will suffer the same fate. A list has just been leaked that confirms the existence of a Xiaomi 12 Lite NE , a device that can come as a substantial improvement for users. We know the available versions, when it will be presented and the possible changes that Xiaomi is going to implement.
In the previous generation, the changes were counted on the fingers of the hands, but this did not stop them from being interesting. The highlight of the Mi 11 Lite NE was its processor, which was upgraded from the normal Mi 11 Lite.
When will the Xiaomi 12 Lite NE be released?
Now that details and certifications have been revealed, it can be expected that the launch will be very soon. Xiaomi has an event prepared for October 4 in Europe , a date that could coincide with the presentation of this Xiaomi 12 Lite NE.

What changes to expect compared to the Xiaomi 12 Lite?
Officially no more details than those mentioned above are known, so from here on everything is speculation. It is probable that the arrival of an “NE” version does not imply great changes, neither aesthetic nor internal.
In the previous generation there were only 2 notable changes: front camera (16 vs 20MP) and processor (732G vs 778G). This year changes very similar to these are expected, the most important being the chip.
