Xiaomi as a company has grown so much in recent years that it was forced to improve in several aspects in order to continue offering quality products, as well as support that is up to the task.

A clear example of this is the Spanish territory, which has several Xiaomi physical stores in different parts of the country. Of course, one of the “weak” points that several customers have highlighted in recent times is related to the support that Xiaomi provides to those who buy its products .

In order to further improve the after-sales treatment it has towards its customers , the Asian company launched a tool called Xiaomi Service+ . The same, according to what we have been able to find out, allows the user of a telephone or another type of device of the brand, to carry out any type of operation that is related to the repair of these devices.

In summary, the Xiaomi Service+ app will allow customers to perform the following actions :

  • Buy certain parts in advance (this will speed up the mobile repair process).
  • Chat with a certified technician (for general questions).
  • Make an appointment at an official store to enforce the warranty, or to repair a terminal or product manufactured by Xiaomi.
  • Grant access to a technician to repair any type of minor (software) problem remotely.

It is worth mentioning that in order to use it, you only need to have a Xiaomi mobile , an account on the “Mi.com” website and also know the IMEI of the mobile device.

Without anything else to add about it, this app is only available in India , and we still do not know if it will reach other countries. Similarly, it would not be unusual for this tool to be launched in Spain before the end of 2022.
