A privacy change that might not sit well with users
Although this function could be very convenient in certain situations, the reality is that it seems to threaten the privacy of users . A clear example of this is temporary chats, which would have no purpose if certain messages cannot be deleted .

That yes, the rest of the participants will also be able to prevent it from being saved, although the one who chose the option so that it is not deleted, will be able to continue seeing it as long as they want.
It should be added that, when all messages in a chat have been deleted, those that have been marked not to be deleted will remain in the conversation. In case they want to be deleted, they must be selected manually so that WhatsApp can delete them .
