Windows 11 requirements to be able to use Android applications
Here are the minimum requirements to use Android apps on Windows 11:

There are some things that surprise us on this list and others that don’t. What is not surprising is that Android apps in Windows 11 are compatible with ARM-based laptops, since this is the same architecture that all Android mobiles use. What surprises us is that Microsoft requires an SSD to run Android applications . If you use a classic HDD hard drive, we are sorry to tell you that you will not be able to use Android apps on Windows 11.
Now, if you meet all the requirements, then you can now install any of the 1000+ Android apps available in the Microsoft Store or Amazon Appstore (Google Play is not in Windows 11). Although it must be said that, at the time of writing this article, it is required to install the latest optional update of Windows 11 to be able to use Android apps officially.
