Movistar Plus+ adds the contents of TCM Now

Movistar Plus+ customers in Spain now have the new TCM Now streaming service available for free , aimed at movie lovers. In other words, the same theme as the standard TCM channel, with the novelty that we can search its catalog for movies, documentaries and programs to watch them whenever we want.

TCM Now will be available on Movistar Plus+ for free for those who have the TCM channel available , in fact, it is the only way to access it. Movistar has for now the TCM Now exclusive, which cannot even be obtained by paying a separate fee.

It is a trend that we have already seen with Cosmo On on Vodafone TV: linear pay channels that make their content available on demand on their own platform, but within the pay television services with which they work.

TCM Now revolves around cinema, with the great works of the “golden age” of Hollywood (from the 1920s to the 1960s) by directors such as Alfred Hitchcock, Orson Welles, Billy Wilder and Frank Capra. It also covers more current cult films by authors such as Stanley Kubrick, Paul Thomas Anderson, the Coen brothers or Steven Spielberg.

TMC Now includes self-produced programs , such as documentaries or interviews about the world of cinema, and commented sessions where well-known actors and directors discuss the work before and after the broadcast.

Those who do not have TCM in their Movistar Plus+ package can register it from the operator’s website, or contact Movistar customer service to contract it.

The standard TCM channel is also available on Vodafone, Orange, R, Telecable, Euskaltel, Virgin Telco and Tivify, but TCM Now is exclusive to Movistar Plus+ for now. Of course, in some companies the TCM content can be seen on demand through the operator’s own system.

Of course, TCM Now is an improvement for Movistar Plus+ customers , who by paying the same price will be able to watch all the cult movies in streaming, without depending on the standard channel schedules.
