Twitter will let you share tweets only with close friends

The social network Twitter is working on a functionality that will allow sharing tweets only with close friends , so that users can decide which specific people can see their posts, a novelty similar to one that exists on Instagram.

This will be quite similar to the “best friends” section of Instagram , a possibility through which if you choose the option, only people who appear on that friends list will have access to your Instagram Stories. The functionality of Twitter is quite similar to this.

According to the user Alessandro Paluzzi, the section that would include this possibility on Twitter and would be called Twitter Flock and would have a specific function, it would give the user the option of creating a list of a maximum of 150 close people to share with them all or some of the posts you make.

This maximum of people can be chosen by the user and they do not have to be that many, the list can be updated at any time with no limit to add or remove people, there will not be a minimum, but there will be a maximum (up to 150) and the best thing is that people who are removed once added will not be notified in any way.

Now, if you are one of the lucky ones who has been added to a Twitter Flock list, you will be informed of such a fact when the person who has created the list and published a tweet has determined that this publication can be read by you as a member. from that list.

In this case, you will see a warning that you can see that tweet because its author has added you to the Twitter Flock list . The unknown now is knowing when this possibility will be available to users, for the moment there is still no official release date.

In any case, it shouldn’t take long to appear, it already happened with Twitter Blue that is already reaching few users, but it is starting to be available, albeit very slowly. Twitter Flock to create lists of friends with whom to share tweets could go the same way.
