We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy A32 4G, which is already updating to Android 13 with One UI 5 in different countries.

As in other Samsung OTAs, the update to Android 13 and One UI 5.0 is included with all its graphic innovations, functionalities, performance improvements and the Bixby voice assistant, etc. The update package for the Galaxy A32 4G includes the security patch until October 2022 .
