Likewise, the legal expert assures that, for the purposes of the law, infringing the rules of use of Gol Mundial could be considered as “less serious breaches” and “on a small scale” that carry fines of 5,000 euros. However, these terms lack accuracy, so there is a question about whether sharing an account with a friend can be considered within this type of infraction.
In any case, it would be a disproportionate compensation that could be appealed according to article 85.6 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Now, what does assure you of a significant fine is sharing your account with a bar or business premises . This is because Gol Mundial clearly details in its privacy policies that it only offers contracts to private clients, that is, accounts for personal and non-commercial use.
