In the image that Alessandro Paluzzi shared, you can see the normal options for responding to a story with a GIF, with an image, a text, or a stroke. Now, Paluzzi hasn’t posted what the Instagram interface will look like after selecting the stroke icon . Still, the story you want to answer is expected to function as a canvas on which you can draw.
You should know that the full code for this feature is not yet available on Instagram, which means that it is not yet available. Also, it is possible that this function will be modified or even never be released.
