To add one or multiple keywords for a website is quick and simple. You may follow the steps under:

• Step1. Click on “New” button on the toolbar and select “Add New Keywords” to enter a dialogue box;
• Step2. Select the site(URL) you want to check for the keyword/keywords from the profile list in the dialogue box;
• Step3. Enter the keyword/keywords you want to track, each per line;
• Step4. Click “OK” and CuteRank will be updating the new keywords rankings immediatly.

To remove a keyword from the profile list, you can

1. Right click on the keyword in the “Profile List”
2. Select “Remove Keyword” from the dropdown menu or click on the “Remove” button on the toolbar and select “Remove Keyword”

A “Profile” in CuteRank means a website with all its keywords. Create profile is a very simple process.

There are three portals you can create a profile

• Dropdown menu from the “File”
• “New” button on the toolbar
• Rightclick menu in the “Profile List”

Currently CuteRank allows us to export website ranking results into two formats, .csv and .pdf; more formats are to be added for user’s convenience. So let’s take a look how we can export website ranking results as csv format and pdf format.

If you want to update ranking information of a specific keyword, CuteRank can also do that.

1. Right click on the keyword in the “Profile List”
2. Select “Update Keyword Ranking” from the dropdown menu or click on the “Update” button on the toolbar and select “Update Keyword Ranking”
