Opera Loomi, the browser's streaming service: know the details

Streaming platforms are totally in fashion. If you know the Opera browser, you have surely heard about Opera Loomi, the browser’s streaming service . We will show you all the details so you can learn a little more about this new service.

Some time ago Opera launched its own VPN service within the browser, to be able to browse safely and across all networks without any monitoring. Well, some time ago Opera presented Loomi with its full name “Loomi by Opera” , an on-demand content platform to be able to rent series, movies, videos, television programs and much more, it also has a section of free movies.

As we have said before, the Opera browser has also jumped on the bandwagon of streaming platforms by creating Loomi by Opera. This platform is currently available in very few countries and it seems that those who try to enter with a VPN are blocked , but we have managed to enter with one of them from the Netherlands.

Opera Loomi has 6 viewing categories : videos, movies, television, moods, inspirations and a free movie area (in which there are only 18 titles from different years).

This streaming service is totally linked to the browser , so you will have to have Opera installed to be able to access its content from the web. In order to access you will have to register with an Opera account. We do not know the future of that platform and if it will one day arrive in Spain or other countries. It only remains to wait.

As we said before, the content of Opera Loomi is for rent , the current prices that we can see on the platform are zloti, the Polish currency, and if we want to know a little about the prices in euros, we would only have to multiply it by 0.22. The price of some movies like “Two Bad Cops 2” is €1.55, so we can see that they are very low prices. Although we do not know what prices will be if Loomi by Opera reaches Spain or the rest of the countries, since it is only available in Poland.

How to access Loomi by Opera with Proton VPN

We have mentioned before that Loomi is blocking some VPN service servers such as NordVPN servers, so we have achieved it with Proton VPN , below, we will show you how you can do it:

  1. The first of all will be to download Proton VPN from its website.
