LinkedIn already has dark mode: how to activate it

You can now activate the dark mode in the LinkedIn mobile application , a recently launched option that is now coming to the professional social network app, although it is not available on all devices, as we will tell you below.

This option is only found in the LinkedIn application for Android , it has not yet arrived on iOS, since when accessing the configuration we find that it is not there, so you can only enable the dark mode in the Android version of the application .

We do not know the reason why the parameter is not available on LinkedIn for iOS , although it will probably end up arriving soon through the app update, but for that we will have to wait for some time that is still unknown.

In the meantime, let’s see how you can activate the dark mode in the LinkedIn app, in this case, only in the Android app:

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile picture, then go to “settings” .

  1. Now go into “account preferences”.

  1. Next, click on “dark mode” in the “display” section.

  1. Finally, choose between the three possible settings, light mode, dark mode or with the device settings. The second leaves the dark mode activated permanently, while the one that puts “device settings” adjusts it depending on when it is activated in the Android operating system.

All you have to do is exit the app so that the changes made are saved. If you later decide to remove the dark mode, you just have to activate the “light mode” option, in this way you will have the LinkedIn interface that the application usually has.

It is easy to activate the LinkedIn dark mode , a parameter available for the social network app on Android, but not on iOS, but surely it will not take long to arrive and surely the steps to follow are practically the same because the parameter could be in the same location.
