- A list will appear with all the apps that can play multimedia content, select YouTube .
- Now, open any YouTube video, you will notice how a small tab appears on the left or right side of the screen (it will vary depending on how it is configured).
- Open that tab and finish by clicking on the button that says ” Play video sounds with the screen off “, a notification will open which you must accept after a few seconds.

Using the My Music app
- Open the My Music app and once inside press the “View” button that is in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Then write the title of the YouTube video you want to play on the search bar .
- Choose your video from the list of results and once it starts playing, it will continue in the background even with the screen off.
In case the “View” function does not appear, you will need to enable the online contents as follows:
- From the My Music app, press on the icon located in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Then click on the ” Settings ” button and in the new menu that will open, select the ” Advanced settings ” option.
- Go to the bottom of the new list that will appear, find where it says ” Online content services “, activate it by pressing on the slider bar.
- With this, the Internet content will be enabled within the app, so you can complete the first part of this tutorial without problems.
