There are several ways to install the latest official OTA update from Google on your Pixel. The easiest of all is to wait until the mobile receives a notification that allows you to download it. You literally only have to press a couple of buttons and your Pixel will be updated with practically nothing from you. The problem with this method is that it is very slow, since the notification to update takes a long time to arrive.
If you don’t want to sit idly by, you can go to Settings > System > System update > Check for updates to force the update. However, it will surely appear to you that there is none available yet, since after announcing a new update, Google takes several weeks to enable it for all mobiles.
So what is the fastest method to update my Pixel? The one that consists of manually installing the OTA update file (it is downloaded from the official Google repository) with the help of a laptop or computer. It sounds complicated, but it is not and we will show you right away.
