- Scroll down a bit and select Releases .
- In the ” Assets ” section you will see all the downloadable files of the project. Just tap on any one you want and it will automatically download to your mobile.
- Remember to download the type of file corresponding to your device to avoid compatibility problems. Here is a list that will help you identify the file to download :
- Android: APK.
- Windows: EXE, ZIP or MSI.
- Mac: DMG or ZIP.
- Linux: DEV RPM or TAR.GZ.
- If you want to download the source code: Source code.

How to Download GitHub Files on PC
On PC, the steps to download files from GitHub are exactly the same as those for mobile. That is, these:
- Open the project on GitHub that has the files you want to download in your PC’s browser .
- Click on Releases (the option on the right side of the screen).
- Under the ” Assets ” section you will find all the files you can download.
Click on the one you want and that’s it. The download will start immediately!- If you can’t find the download links, you can look for them in the README.md or in the About section.
